Courts Confront 'Diversity'

The nations' penultimate courts have articulated two distinct opinions over the same issue, setting the stage for an opinion by the highest court.

Suspects Arrested in Zantop Case

Robert Tulloch, 17, and James Parker, 16, were arrested at 4:07 AM on Monday, February 19, at a truck stop in Henry Country, Indiana, for the murders of Half and Susanne Zantop. The two Vermont teens had hitched a ride with an unidentified truck driver all the way from New Jersey.
