Joseph Rago
Writing for the Review since he was a freshman, Mr. Rago rose quickly through the ranks, becoming the paper's Editor in Chief his junior year. In addition to helping to restore Phi Delta Alpha fraternity to campus, Mr. Rago authored countless memorable articles, including the launch of the RagoForce [see TDR 10/8/03], an éxposé of the secret creation of the Student Life Initiative [see TDR 1/31/05], a seminal description of Old School Dartmouth [see TDR 1/12/05 ], and a detailed account of the College's new construction [see TDR 3/11/05]. Mr. Rago will be interning for the Wall Street Journal after graduation, following which he will take a position at the National Review through a Collegiate Network fellowship.
Nathaniel Ward
Taking a move from the playbook of the original Review founders, Mr. Ward worked at the Daily Dartmouth for two years, becoming increasingly frustrated with that paper's incompetence and political correctness before joining the Review. Since then, he has made himself an indispensable member of the paper's staff, rising to position of Managing Editor to cover alumni and Trustee issues with intricate detail, conduct interviews of epic lengths, and manage the paper's online content, including Dartlog.net. He will be taking up residence in Washington next year, where he will join the vast right-wing conspiracy.
Daniel Balserak
Mr. Balserak began writing for the Review his sophomore year, serving as Madrid Correspondent his junior fall and becoming Executive Editor his junior spring. As the lone member of the staff with artistic ability, Mr. Balserak drew numerous cartoons and a renowned graphical review of Art Spiegelman's graphic novel [see TDR 1/12/05]. He will be attending law school at the University of Virginia this fall.
