With the unemployment rate at 9.1 percent, it seems as if there are hard times everywhere. Yet, the nostalgia of small town America brings back memories of happier times. Hanover ranked sixth on a list of top 100 best places to live, compiled by a team of CNN Money reporters. Factors included “the best combination of job opportunities, fiscal strength, top-notch schools, safe streets, good health care, cultural and outdoor activities, even nice weather.” It is not hard to see why Hanover made the list, no less number six.
