Hope for Republicans in the Upper Valley?

A legislative redistricting plan crafted by New Hampshire Republicans has subdivided a seven-member Upper Valley district, splitting Lyme and heavily Democratic Hanover from the more conservative towns of Canaan, Enfield, Dorchester, Orange and Grafton.
